There are many sacred sites throughout New Zealand. Some are better known than others. But all are emerging into greater prominence as the New Earth brings forth all her secrets. Of course all land is sacred but you can sense any of these places by the energy you feel when you enter their vicinity. You get a sense of power, a clarity in the atmosphere, and in your vision, a sense of stillness, awe, peace, and expansion of consciousness.
These places are energy centres. Some sit on junction points on either the inner earth grid or on the field grid encompassing the Earth. Some are chakra points (energy vortices), in the same way we have them in our own body field and form. For example, the head chakra is at Cape Reinga, the heart chakra is near Lake Taupo and the sacral chakra at Mt Cook. Some of these energy vortices move in a clockwise direction giving a sense of expansion, and some move in an anticlockwise direction, giving a pulling sensation which is very often uncomfortable and very disconcerting to be in unless you have lived in that area for a time, and/or you need that kind of energy for your own balancing and orientaion with the polarites of Earth.
Most sites are marked by some distinctive land formation like mountains, prominant hills, lakes, valleys, waterfalls, or rock formations. Only a very few have ever had buildings or human demarcation, unlike in other countries, though the Maori, and other much earlier travellers have known of them.
Anyone who has the willingness to open their heart to Gaia will be able to sense them and now, more than ever before, She is willing to reveal her secrets. The only proviso at this point in time is your willingness to watch, to listen, and to learn. Your gift to her is your heartsong. So if you do visit just make sure that you give the place your love, your gratitude, and if you have the courage a song, a tone, a humming of your joy in her Presence.
It is not the purpose here to map out where these places are. We will be seeing more and more people being impressed to journey to sacred sites. However, the map will be defined by many people making their own discoveries and sharing their journeys. There is likely to be a sacred place somewhere near you, within a 100 kilometre radius. It may only be a group of trees or a single rock formation but it will have a drawing power that you cannot miss or dismiss. Follow your own prompting when you are travelling. Off the beaten path there is much waiting and generally much closer than you think, often in places you may have passed by for many years.
As your faculties of sight are returning you will see that most of these sites are gateways to other dimensions of experience, mutidimensional beingness. They are portals to either the dimensions of inner Earth or launching platforms to the stars (stargates). And so when you visit be open and prepared for new visions and experiences. They may not occur at the time of visiting but they will most certainly come to you in visions and dreams that will follow and you will learn to enter these gateways without needing to be present at the site once visited. Expect the unexpected.
An Easy Walk and an Awesome Opportunity
I do not like giving specifics because your journey is by nature a personal one and to tell you what to expect overlays the mind before the experience of heart. Your journey has special gifts just for you. However, in the insert at the right I have given an example of a journey place that you will certainly enjoy if you visit. There are so many more.
Remember also that there is no reason why you cannot invoke a sacredness wherever you live. The new expanded consciousness is about playing your part as a keeper of this Holy Land with the most Holy Presence that you are. Your intent and focus for the enlivening of the New Earth Dream will initiate and form an energy vortex which can grow and effect and infect your neighbourhood. It will be imprinted and will expand and last forever if you so will it and create it with your love for Gaia and joy for being here.
