Reminders of Who You Really Are

A Truth that Will Set You Free

Is it you who has diligently followed your spiritual practice and yet suffers physical, emotional or mental anguish or confusion at this time?
Is it you who gives selflessly to heal or uplift others and yet feels such a big and painful gap deep within of loneliness and/or unfulfillment?
Is it you who has family and friends tugging at your heart strings with various needs and demands that leaves you feeling  pulled in multiple directions, and with a great desire to break free?
Is it you who sees the conspiracies to enslave humankind acting themselves out, and feels an anger to fight the scourge, but also helplessness to counteract its present momentum?
Is it you living in a worn out relationship, living space, or job circumstance?
Is it you who has been told, time after time, of your greatness and yet still feels unworthy and something less than others?
Is it you who just wants to live a simpler and more wholesome, joy filled life of love and sharing with others?
Is it you who just wants to move on to something new, something brighter, something truer, something more alive and vibrant?
This is the pressure of the ages upon you. A calling that will not be denied.  It will dog you and nudge you and push you even to the brink. It is about change. You asked for it. You asked to be here now, to know the truth, You asked to make a difference. You asked to show the way. You asked to light a candle and keep it burning through thick and thin. You said you would do it, and you will. For that candle is the Light of You. It is who you are and the truth of your coming. It is the emerging love that is you, speaking to the shadows all around, singing the heart felt rememberings of who you really are. It sings to the pain, to the confusion, to the change that is afoot. It will not be assuaged as you will not allow it. You came here to do a job as a lightworker, a human angel, who knows heaven and your Light is getting stronger, clearer and more deeply penetrating as the New Reality emerges. It is filling the crevices of unknowing and beginning to shine on all the resistences of the remnants of the old world within you and around you. Everything has to change and will change. You have decreed it.
So how do you make it easier for yourself to make the changes you agreed to?  As with all truth the method lies in a logical paradox (because truth is in intuitive knowing which resides in the Language of Light and therefore way beyond words and rational thought).  The paradox is that in order to move on it is absolutely necessary for you to stand still. To go into the silence, to a space of non-thinking and to be with yourself, if only for a moment. To change, or to make changes that will fit you or your circumstances you are required to move into the space between moments. The space of the now where you are the observer, the point of unfettered and unbiased perceiver and knower. To rest in peace between the confusion of the past and the unknown potential of the future. Grand words but what do they mean and how to do it?
Given that you remember, even vaguely or as a distant memory, that you are love incarnate, that you are forever and that Universe, and the Source of All That Is, is utterly benevolent, then there are three things you can do from now on.

  1. Take a conscious breath. The air, the prana, the light of creation, is all around you. It permeates all and is there for the taking every infinitesimal moment of time. Breath it into your heart.   Allow yourself to feel the divine force field that is all around you. Take your breath fully every moment of the day you can, no matter where you are or what you are doing. Take that breath when you have things to face or consider. Take it in pain, take it in emotional or mental turmoil. Focus on your breath and call the universal love into your heart. Each conscious breath will fill your body, nurture your soul, and relax your mind. Your breath will take you to your centre, to the space where you see afresh the needs of that moment. Take that breath dear heart.
  2. Think, feel and speak out gratitude. Gratitude will bring you into the present moment, the only reality you have. Being grateful disconnects you from the anxiety and doubt about the future and the fears and regrets of the past. It feeds your feelings of happiness and joy and helps you gain a perspective on life as a self fulfilling blessing. Gratitude connects you to Gaia, to nature, to humanity and to All That Is.  Your gratitude projects into the collective unconscious and feeds the reality of abundance.
  3. To really and truly learn to allow things to be as they are and loving them anyway. To allow events to unfold and to stop trying to make things happen and being dissappointed when they don’t happen how or when you want them to. The art of allowing, is about opening up your heart to be accepting and receptive to the present as well as active and discerning. It does not mean nonaction, putting up with, not responding, or ignoring. It means trusting and accepting that you are one of a kind in the whole Universe, honouring your journey upon Beloved Earth. Knowing that everything in front of you is according to the law of your own unique unfolding. That you have a purpose and you make a difference. Allowing  to be who you are becoming, looking forward to the surprises and not relying on past seeing to define what things are and how you will behave on any given occasion. To allow is to trust in your own capacity to do the best, the highest on any occasion. Trust that life can only bring you gifts. And trust that always all is well.  To allow is to dare to go up an apparent gum tree and discover the view. To go down into the cave and discover the depths. You cannot go wrong because you are following your heart which is the heart of all things. Find the courage to step beyond the limits of old mind and fear patterns that say you are not God. This heart felt knowing is the song of your Being calling forth from within the centre of you and echoeing through the universe back to you, calling you out. Here is where you will find all the truth you need, all the confirmation and all the loving kindness you can possibly imagine. Allow it to unfold within and around you. There is nothing you need at this moment that you do not already have. Everything you desire will come to you all in good time.

To do these three things is so simple, simple, simple and yet we make it so difficult, complicated, and tedious.
Do not dismiss it because you think you know this. “Been there done that”. You have not. You have heard it and even said yes to it but you have not done it. You may be able to fool me but you cannot fool yourself.
Are these three gifts of being too obvious to be useful? Are they too profound to be workable? Are they too ordinary and undramatic to keep your attention?  If you see the truth in these steps then, to be fair to yourself, it will be of great benefit to examine what is stopping you. To examine what excuses you are making to not choose your own total enlightenment, your own becoming, the fullness of knowing yourself. What are you afraid of giving up? What have you got to lose that is more important than yourself and being fully yourself?
Examine it deeply. Ask yourself “How important it is to me that I ‘seize this day’. How important is it for me to truly gain my own footing in my life and to fulfil this deep yearning inside me that pulls at my heart and permeates my innermost knowing? I know what your answer will be. And so I am saying truly and with all my heart, that to navigate through whatever you are experiencing at this time these three things will do it. Nothing more or less will so easily clear your path and make way for your happiness to blossom.
Keep your peace and speak your truth and you will speak your peace and keep your truth.
How committed are you. How much do you love yourself, for this will be both the direction and measure of your progress. Self first through your heart knowing, and then everything will follow.

"This above all: to thine own self be true,
And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou cans't not be false to any man (one) "  - Shakespeare
